Our Response Process

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material in a timely manner. We will also make a reasonable effort to notify the party who posted or is responsible for the content, where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should identify the material removed, explain why you believe it was a mistake, and include your contact details and a statement of consent to jurisdiction. We will review counter-notices on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that knowingly submitting a false or misleading copyright claim may expose you to legal liability, including damages and costs incurred by us or the affected party as a result of relying on your false statement.
